skilled association professional, she has honed her skills in all aspects of
association management including governance, marketing & communications,
government relations and event/conference planning and management.

Constance graduated with a B.A. in English from St. Francis Xavier
University in 1982 and joined the not-for-profit industry in February 1990.
Constance founded
Essentient Association Management
to meet a growing need amongst associations to outsource their non-core
activities due to greater demands placed on staff and volunteers.
An impassioned association professional, Constance enjoys the unique
challenges that the not-for-profit world offers and is constantly
exploring ways that she can build upon her existing skill and expertise
to enhance the value of the services she provides. Constance is an
active member of the Canadian Society of Association Executives and
serves on the Trillium Chapter Board of
Directors and is currently the chair of its Membership Committee.
Constance is a career association professional and has made her
commitment to her profession through the Certified Association Executive
(CAE) designation which she attained in August 2007.
Constance is
the recipient of the prestigious President's Award
presented by CSAE Trillium Chapter in June of 2009.
