Association Management Company Launched to Meet Unique Needs of Not-For-Profit Sector Burlington, May 9, 2005 – Seasoned association professional Constance Wrigley-Thomas officially launched Essentient Association Management (formerly All In Order) today to meet the unique needs of Canada’s not-for-profit sector and to provide specialized services in an otherwise under serviced niche. Essentient was established to assist not-for-profits in meeting their fluctuating organizational needs through professional outsourcing, project management and interim management. According to Wrigley-Thomas, “As the demands on not-for-profits increase and the need for greater efficiencies grows, associations need to look beyond their own volunteers and staff complement to complete tasks and achieve their goals. By utilizing Essentient’s expertise, associations can free up their otherwise valuable resources to concentrate on tasks fundamental to their organization's mission.” Essentient delivers a wide range of services that includes Board Management, Member Communications, Conference Management, Government Relations, Performance Audits, Operational Planning and Not-for-profits Start-ups.
